1333ok Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 1333ok website accessible at https://1333ok.app, including all associated pages, services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Credit" means any non-cashable promotional credit issued to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session time-outs, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities available within your Account settings.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 1333ok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age limit is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your access to 1333ok is lawful in your location.
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account closed by 1333ok for any reason related to fraud, Terms violations, or problem gambling self-exclusion.
• All personal information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Registration of an Account constitutes your warranty that all of the above conditions are satisfied. 1333ok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

Only one Account per Player is permitted. If duplicate Accounts are identified, 1333ok reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate Account activity pending investigation.

3. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Use an automated script, bot, or any other non-human method to access the Platform.

1333ok will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your full password. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately. You must notify 1333ok promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received, 1333ok shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account.

1333ok reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if we have reason to believe your Account security has been compromised.

4. Deposits and Funding Your Account

1333ok accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 1333ok, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or bank account that is registered in your own name. 1333ok will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not in the Account holder's name will be refunded and may trigger a KYC review.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few seconds. 1333ok does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

1333ok does not accept deposits made with funds borrowed from any credit facility, including credit cards routed through a digital wallet. You warrant that all funds you deposit represent legitimate personal funds belonging to you.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that:

• Is registered in the same full legal name as the 1333ok Account holder.
• Has been used to make at least one successful deposit, or has been verified through the KYC process.

Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Withdrawals to linked bank accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 1333ok does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees for which 1333ok is not responsible.

Before any withdrawal can be approved, any active bonus credit in your Account must have been either fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms, or forfeited. You cannot withdraw funds that form part of an unwagered bonus balance without first forfeiting the bonus.

1333ok reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance investigation. During any such review period, the funds in question will remain in your Account and continue to be accessible for wagering. You will be notified if a withdrawal request is placed under review.

In the event that a Player requests a withdrawal and it is subsequently established that the Player obtained their balance through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of a software error, 1333ok reserves the right to void the withdrawal and recover any fraudulently obtained funds.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Welcome Offers

1333ok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time each offer is presented and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who are 21 or over, have completed registration, and meet any minimum deposit threshold specified in the offer.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Eligible Games: Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) towards satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino, jackpot slots, and crash games may have reduced contribution rates. Specific contribution percentages are listed in the offer terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Upon expiry, the bonus credit and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at a time. Opting in to a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the current bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple Accounts, exploiting software errors, or employing hedging strategies specifically to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

1333ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account and are actively being wagered.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 1333ok are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting market in question, as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market only.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each game and market. These limits may be adjusted at any time, including for individual Accounts, at 1333ok's sole discretion.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing error, 1333ok reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. "Void" means the stake is returned; it does not mean winnings are paid out.
• Incomplete Events: For live sports betting, if an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Palpable Errors: If odds or payouts are published in error (for example, due to a data feed fault or human input error), 1333ok reserves the right to correct the error and adjust or void affected bets. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors will have their accounts reviewed and may be suspended.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout cap may apply per market. The applicable cap is displayed within each relevant market and game.

8. Responsible Gaming

1333ok is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools within your Account to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time-Outs: Temporarily lock your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and will be processed within 24 hours of request.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing within a single session.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the services.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1333ok Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider wagering.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Registering with false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Intentionally exploiting software errors or loopholes for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 1333ok staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise exploit the Platform's software or content.

1333ok cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations relating to any of the above activities. Any funds identified as being derived from prohibited conduct will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1333ok Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, logos, trademarks, graphics, images, text, game designs, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 1333ok or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 1333ok. Unauthorised use of 1333ok's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1333ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.

1333ok's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1333ok does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet service provider failures and force majeure events) may temporarily affect availability. 1333ok will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever possible.

13. Amendments to These Terms

1333ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as it relates to online gaming operations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.

1333ok endeavours to resolve all Player complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days of submission, the Player may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels available in their jurisdiction. 1333ok will cooperate with any lawful dispute resolution process.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1333ok with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
